Therapeutic exercise is a mixture of many different principles that have been discovered through many different fields over the years. It’s a blend of Osteopathy, pilates, yoga, physical therapy, corrective exercise, core conditioning, dance, strength training, aerobic conditioning and more. Therapeutic exercise can be used to target anything within the body that is in need of healing whether it be bone, muscle, organ, gland, arteries, veins or fascia.

Due to the medical model we currently live within many times people are pushed to surgery far too fast. In reality, there are many options for healing the body that should be explored before surgery. Our founder, David Zahry, has had multiple ACL tears and been able to heal them without surgery. The body’s innate healing is far beyond what most of us realize.

Through our Holistic lifestyle coaching, therapeutic exercise & hands-on-therapy approach we can help your body dramatically reduce inflammation to free up your body’s energy. Our focus is to help you create an inner state of ease. The states of ease and dis-ease cannot exist together simultaneously.
